Kind Quests is committed to protecting users and maintaining a safe community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Kind Quests is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. Regardless of our age requirement, we prohibit any content or behavior that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, or endangers minors.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Kind Quests strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse material, including images, videos, illustrations, or computer-generated material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to establish contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Sextortion, threats, or blackmail involving intimate images of a minor.
• Child trafficking or the promotion, facilitation, or solicitation of child sexual exploitation.
• Sharing, requesting, possessing, distributing, or linking to CSAM.
• Any attempt to use Kind Quests to endanger, exploit, or abuse a child.

Reporting Safety Concerns

Users can report a profile, quest, offer, message, or other content through the reporting tools available inside the Kind Quests app.

Our Response and Enforcement

When Kind Quests becomes aware of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may:

• Remove the prohibited content.
• Suspend or permanently ban the responsible account.
• Preserve relevant information when required by law.
• Investigate related accounts, content, or activity.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and appropriate child safety organizations.
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority when required by applicable law.

We review reports as quickly as reasonably possible and take action in accordance with these standards, our Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws.
