Submit a Request from the App
If you already have a Kind Quests account, you can also submit a support request directly from within the app:
- Open the app and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then select Support.
- Describe your issue and submit — your request goes straight to our team.
What We Can Help With
- Account issues — login problems, phone number changes, or account recovery.
- Quest or offer questions — help understanding how quests, offers, and matching work.
- Safety and reporting — urgent safety concerns, or following up on a report you submitted.
- Privacy requests — data access, deletion, or questions about how we handle your information. You can also reach our privacy team at privacy@kindquests.app.
- Account deletion — you can delete your account directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account, or email us and we'll assist.
- Feedback and suggestions — ideas for improving Kind Quests are always welcome.
