Submit a Request from the App
If you already have a Kind Quests account, you can also submit a support request directly from within the app:
- Open the app and go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings, then select Support.
- Describe your issue and submit — your request goes straight to our team.
Report a Safety Concern or User
If you encounter a user or content that feels unsafe, inappropriate, or violates our Community Guidelines, please report it immediately.
- In the app — report a quest: In the Discover feed, tap ⋯ on any quest card and select Report Quest. From a quest detail view, tap the Report button (flag icon) in the action bar. Select a reason and submit. Your report is private.
- In the app — report a user: Open their profile and tap Report at the bottom of the screen, or from any chat tap ⋯ in the top-right corner and select Report User / Quest.
- In the app — report a message: Long-press any message in a chat and tap Report.
- In the app — block a user: Tap ⋯ in the top-right corner of any chat and select Block User, or open their profile and tap Block. You can also block directly from a quest card in Discover via ⋯. Manage your block list anytime from Settings → Blocked Users.
- By email: Send details to support@kindquests.app for urgent safety concerns our team should review.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Kind Quests account at any time. When you delete your account, your profile, quests, offers, messages, and associated account data are permanently removed from Kind Quests.
- From the app: Go to your Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm the prompt and your account is removed immediately.
- By email: Contact privacy@kindquests.app and we will process the deletion within one business day.
