Kind Quests is built on the belief that people genuinely want to connect, explore, and help each other. These guidelines protect that spirit — and make sure everyone in our community feels safe, respected, and valued.

Our one guiding principle: treat every person you interact with the way you'd want to be treated. Everything below flows from that.

Community Expectations at a Glance
🖐
Communicate with warmth
Whether you're accepting, declining, or coordinating — speak to others with care. A short, considerate message goes a long way.
👥
No harassment or hate speech
Harassment, bullying, threats, slurs, and hate speech of any kind are strictly prohibited — including content targeting someone's race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
🤝
Respect decisions
If your offer is declined, accept it gracefully. Pressure, guilt-tripping, or repeated messaging after a rejection is not acceptable.
👤
Be honest in your profile
Use your real name and a genuine photo. Don't misrepresent your skills, age, or identity. Fake profiles will be removed.
🏢
Meet in public places
For all in-person quests, meet in public, visible spaces — cafes, parks, libraries — especially for first interactions. Trust your instincts. It's always okay to cancel or leave if something feels off.
🔒
Protect your personal information
Don't share your home address, financial details, or government IDs with people you've just met. Use Kind Quests messaging to coordinate — don't move to private channels before you feel comfortable.
📍
No exact location sharing before matching
Kind Quests shows only your general neighborhood to other users. Don't share your precise home or workplace address before you've built trust with someone.
📝
Post real quests and show up
Only post quests you genuinely intend to follow through on. If you've committed to a quest or someone has accepted your offer, follow through. Ghosting people who are counting on you erodes trust for the whole community.

The following behaviors are never allowed on Kind Quests. Violations result in immediate content removal and may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent termination.

Harassment
  • Sending threatening, intimidating, or abusive messages to any user
  • Stalking or monitoring another user's activity to intimidate or make them uncomfortable
  • Unwanted repeated contact after a user has declined or stopped responding
  • Pressuring someone to meet in person, to respond, or to share personal information
  • Coordinating with others to target, overwhelm, or intimidate a specific user
Discrimination
  • Slurs, dehumanizing language, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics
  • Refusing to interact with or accept help from someone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or socioeconomic status
  • Posting quests or profiles that express bias against any protected group
  • Using coded language or dog whistles to convey discriminatory views
Sexual Content

  • Quests or messages promoting dating, hookup arrangements, or escort services
  • Adult content, nudity, or sexually explicit imagery in profiles or quest photos
  • Unsolicited sexual comments or advances directed at another user
  • Using the platform to seek, facilitate, or advertise any form of adult or commercial sex service
Scams & Fraud
  • Phishing — attempting to obtain login credentials, financial account details, or personal data through deceptive means
  • Posting fake quests designed to lure users for fraudulent purposes
  • Impersonating another person, organization, or authority figure
  • Requesting payment via gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any method that bypasses consumer protections
  • Advance-fee schemes or promises of payment contingent on an upfront transaction
  • Misrepresenting services, skills, or intentions to obtain help under false pretenses
Illegal Activities
  • Buying, selling, transporting, or facilitating access to controlled substances or illegal drugs
  • Trafficking, transporting, acquiring, or modifying illegal weapons or firearms
  • Requesting help with theft, burglary, shoplifting, or receiving stolen goods
  • Soliciting or planning any form of violence or physical harm against a person
  • Trespassing, vandalism, or any quest that requires entering private property without authorization
  • Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law
Unsafe Quests
  • Quests that require meeting in private, isolated, or non-public locations — especially for a first interaction
  • Offering or requesting rides from strangers in a personal vehicle when no mutual trust has been established
  • Handling, transporting, or demonstrating weapons or dangerous materials of any kind
  • Dangerous stunts, physical challenges, or activities with a high risk of serious injury
  • Quests that require a helper to ignore applicable laws, regulations, or safety standards
  • Requests that put a vulnerable person (child, elderly individual, or someone in crisis) at risk
